When Makaela was a little girl we would have tea parties, some were pretend and others were the real thing. So over the years as she was growing up we would have a tea party at her Grandmother's house, I think the first one was when she was 4 or 5. Well, Makaela and her Grandmother planned a tea party for this week and had lunch too. She invited some of her homeschool/church friends, they have all grown up together and are close in age. The girls seems to have a good time and enjoyed just having fun, tea, lunch, a craft, games, stories, and some even put on a mini play for us. It was a relaxing day that I think each of the girls needed. I know at our house we just get too busy with school and activities that we don't always take the time to enjoy just having "tea time".
