I wanted to write about the book I'm reading right now. "Raising a Modern-Day Princess" by Pam Farrel and Doreen Hanna http://www.amazon.com/gp/product . I'm not too far along in my reading, but so far it has been a very eye opening book for me and I'm enjoying reading it. It was a Christmas gift from my Mother and Makaela. We were in a Bible bookstore one day and Makaela said, "Mom, you need this book!", so my Mom bought it for me and my husband.
Some of the things that are standing out are about Blessings (A Father's Blessings), and the power of words. I have read other books that have some of these basic ideas in them, but it is always good to get a new, fresh look at them.
